The VAV Group is a rental housing group owned by the City of Vantaa. The Group’s primary purpose is to support the city’s housing policy objectives.

The VAV Group has nearly 12,000 rental apartments across Vantaa. The VAV Group’s parent company, VAV Yhtymä, is owned by the City of Vantaa. In addition to the parent company, the VAV Group comprises the subsidiaries VAV Asunnot, VAV Palvelukodit and VAV Hoiva-asunnot.

VAV is a rental housing group founded in 1986 that enables a good quality of life in Vantaa. We support the city’s strategy by designing sustainable and functional living environments and by providing homes that as many Vantaa residents as possible can afford.
We support our residents in making a success of their housing situation. Our housing costs are developing steadily. In addition, we offer our residents advisory support in
challenging housing situations.
