We have 65 housing professionals working for us
- The Customer Relations Unit is responsible for the property management, letting, customer service, housing advice and resident activities relating to our properties.
- The Technical Unit is responsible for the technical lifecycle of our properties, repairs, energy management and new-build projects. The Group’s Sustainability Manager also works within this unit.
- The Finance Department is responsible for accounting, payments, rent accounts, debt collection and reporting. The Finance Department also employs administrative professionals and the IT Manager.
- In addition, we employ a Communications and Marketing Manager and a Group Legal Counsel.
